My name is Juan Arreche (Pronouns: He/Him/His).
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas.
I have a Master's of Science in Psychology with a concentration in couples and individual psychotherapy.
I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
I provide an inclusive and safe space in my therapeutic practice.
My Practice
I'm here to empower you and provide you with insight to the self in a non-judgmental space. I strive to help others help themselves, discover their hidden treasures, and learn to utilize them in their daily life. Growth is a process and it does not have to be done alone.

My Treatment Focus
The process of growth and healing can be overwhelming. I utilize approaches that the client finds most helpful throughout the course of therapy. I include mindfulness-based, experiential therapy into my work, along with acceptance and commitment therapy. I work with those experiencing difficulty with depression, anxiety, relationships, conflict resolution, LGBTQIA+ issues, OCD, attachment theory, gender dysphoria, body dysmorphia, and others. In couples therapy, I focus on emotional aspects, processing feelings, communication, strengths-based approaches, and providing tools for resolving conflict. All aspects of wellness are incorporated into my practice depending on the needs of the individual.
